Privacy Policy
MyABA Bots ("we", "us") runs myababots.com. We provide marketing services to ABA therapy clinic owners. This page explains what this website collects, how we use it, and what we don't collect.

Who this site is for
This website is for ABA clinic owners, clinical directors, and operators. It is not a patient portal. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We don't collect patient information
Do not send us protected health information through this site. That includes patient names, diagnoses, ages, insurance member numbers, treatment details, or anything about a specific family or child.
The audit form asks only for business contact details and a clinic's intake goal. If you include patient information anyway, email us and we will delete it.
We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is clinical care or legal advice.
The audit form
When you request a Patient Growth Audit, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Clinic name
- Work email
- Phone number
- Your role (optional)
- Number of locations
- Monthly new-patient intake goal
- Clinic website (optional)
- Whether you currently run Google or Meta ads (optional)
We use this to schedule your audit, prepare for the call, and send you the written summary. We do not sell this information. We do not use it to build advertising audiences about patients.
The form is emailed to us by FormSubmit. When you submit, the fields above are sent to FormSubmit so they can email them to hello@myababots.com. FormSubmit processes that submission, including your IP address, to deliver the email. Their own privacy policy describes how they handle it.
We keep audit requests long enough to schedule and deliver the audit and for ordinary business records. Email hello@myababots.com if you want a copy of what you sent, a correction, or deletion. We will delete it unless we have to keep a record for a legal reason.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies today, and it does not use a cookie banner, because there is nothing optional to opt into yet.
Your browser may keep an ordinary copy of a page in its cache. That stays on your device. If we later add a tool that sets cookies, we will update this policy and the date at the top before we turn it on.
Analytics
We do not run analytics software on this site right now. We do not have a report of who visited.
If we add analytics later, we will use it to understand which pages are used. We will not use it to collect patient information. We will name the tool on this page.
Advertising pixels
We do not run a Meta Pixel, Google tag, or any other advertising pixel on this site right now.
When we advertise this site, we may add those tags. If we do, these limits apply:
- A pixel may set a cookie and receive technical information such as the page you viewed, a rough location derived from your IP address, and the fact that a form was submitted.
- We will send only a generic conversion event, such as "form submitted" or "audit requested." We will not send the contents of the form to Meta, Google, or any other ad platform. We will not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or anything about patients.
- We will not use pixels to target or infer health conditions, diagnoses, or anything about a child.
- Ads for this site speak to clinic owners as business owners.
We will update the date at the top of this policy when a pixel or analytics tool is turned on. Meta and Google describe their own data use in their privacy policies. You can control personalized ads in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. When you load a page, Vercel processes the connection, which includes your IP address and basic browser data, in order to deliver the page. We don't use that technical data to identify patients.
If you email hello@myababots.com, we use that message to reply to you. Please keep patient information out of email as well.
Service providers
To run this website we use:
- Vercel, to host the site
- FormSubmit, to email us your audit request
We don't give them patient health information, because we don't collect it here. If we later use a scheduler, call tracking, or a CRM on this site, we will update this policy.
Your choices
Email hello@myababots.com to:
- Ask what we have from your form
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Tell us not to email you again
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of sending information on the internet is perfectly secure. Don't put patient information in the form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. The version on this page is the one that applies.
